Intro to Watsonopolis

There was one who once said crazy things like, give your possessions to the poor, let your light shine, go to the ends of the earth, love God, love your neighbor, serve, pray, die and live. Those words, the words of Jesus, have gripped and shaped our lives.

Because of Jesus’ life, challenge and love we are propelled into an amazing life journey; a journey that most often finds us pitching our tent among the poor and those on the margins of our world, serving, living, teaching, learning and loving there.

I'm a little late getting this going, but better late than never.

Last year a friend of mine, and one of my favorite bloggers, Rozey introduced me to NaBloPoMo.  Basically it's a straight month of blogging.  30 blogs in 30 days.  Knowing that Lisa and I blog from time to time, he encouraged, challenged and humiliated us into committing to NaBloPoMo.  (a double dog dare AND called me a chicken....that's just not fair!).

So, we're gonna take a crack at it.  a blog a day now until the end of November.

He skipped the double dare and went straight to the double DOG dare AND called you a chicken??? That was clearly a severe breach of etiquette!

I look forward to reading them. I got out of the habit of checking for awhile because there were not very many posts.
I have tried to subscribe before but it never works. Not sure why.
